Valma Icefree is the solution against frozen car windows. Valma's ice-free quickly and effectively De-frosts  frozen windows and contains Glycol against freezing. Spray Valma De-Icer on the frozen window and let it soak. Then remove the ice and wipe the window with a cloth if necessary. Valma De-Icer is harmless to rubber, paint and chrome. Not suitable for plastic. Comes in a handy spray bottle with a trigger and a content of 400 ml.
